Layaways
To help you afford the antique teddy of your dreams, we can usually offer layaway on bears costing 100 GBP or more, unless it's a Private Collection bear. In this case, we'll need to ask the owners if they're prepared to accept monthly instalments.
An initial deposit is required, and this is non-refundable should you later change your mind, or if your fail to make payments as agreed, we have the right to cancel your layaway, keeping your deposit.
Bears bought on layaway are not refundable, returnable, or transferable, and are considered a final sale.

Returns
If for some reason, you're not happy with your teddy bear, we'll give you a refund of the purchase price, provided you return to us intact and fully-insured, within 7 days of receipt. Please email as soon as possible if you want to request a refund.

As an example, Juliane is 735 GBP, and available on up to 5 months' layaway, with an initial non-refundable deposit of 147.00 GBP, followed by 4 equal monthly payments of that amount. Postage will be added onto the final payment.
