Mickey Mouse
A world famous early character that needs no introduction, our Mickey Mouse is possibly more comical than most, with his original, lop-sided googly eyes that wiggle about. His clothes aren't original, but they're old and seem to suit him.
Mickey is unjointed and 20 cms (8") tall, with a worn velvet head, including a patched repair to the side of one eye, and a sewn repair above his airbushed mouth. His blobby nose also has stitches, and his feet/shoes have been completely recovered in brown and yellow felt, but his hands are original.
With black-cloth bendy wired limbs, all showing old repairs, Mickey's pants are now sewn to him, but his original shorts (the same colour) can be glimpsed underneath. He's a manic mouse, and obviously kept his young owner highly amused in the 1930s, and he's still game for a laugh!
