A darling little Schuco Berlin brooch teddy c.1950s, all original and still wearing her metal crown and sash. Nixie is 7 cms (2.5") tall, and made of brown mohair covered tinplate.
Fully-jointed, she has tiny stick-pin eyes and a shiny black nose, and is in gorgeous condition, having kept virtually all of her fur. The metal clasp at the back of her head also works fine. Nixie is a German name water sprite/fairy'.
