Wonderful three-piece suit
A totally charming three-piece suit of cream ribbed wool, and fully-lined. We think it's probably been made using antique materials, so not sure of exact age, but certainly old.
The jacket is trimmed with 'rope' braiding, also used to decorative effect down the front and around the cuffs. It has two mock flap pockets, and a pleat at the back, along with a tuck either side. Fastens at the neck with a brass hook and eye and features an antique lace bow.
In overall good condition, with just a couple of small faint marks at the back and a darned repair to the collar at the front. The matching waistcoat (shown on next page) fastens with mother-of-pearl buttons and is plain material at the back with some discolouration, and has traditional ties to adjust for size.
The trousers were originally designed to button onto a shirt, and have a few small darns, but are generally in good condition. This is a large suit, and will fit a bear up to 30" tall - please email if you need specific measurements and a pic of the trousers.
