Ivy Moon
A delightful, and well-loved, 1930s Chad Valley teddy bear, Ivy is 31 cms (12") tall and all original, with cardlined feet and back-painted glass 'moon eyes'.
Fully-jointed and filled with kapok, she has a black-stitched triangular nose and sewn mouth. Her twill pads are worn, especially her left foot which is showing her carded sole. She has a few claws remaining and a non-working squeaker.
Ivy has kept about 40% of her blonde mohair, and is wearing her cute wool coat and vintage brooch. She's a happy little soul, with a fantastic broad grin.
